House classes and their materials

Our company will build modular house of any class, from summer house to A++ class house.

A++ class

A building in the A++ energy class is classified as passive because it uses very little thermal energy. A++ energy class buildings stand out with very low thermal transmittance of structures; their individual structures are tightly sealed, thermal bridges are completely minimized, and the method of home insulation used is one of the most efficient.

B class

For buildings in the B energy class, strict requirements are not applied, and there are no established requirements for ventilation systems, electricity consumption, or building tightness. Such a building is suitable for summer houses and seasonal living because the building is less insulated.

Construction of A+ or A++ energy class buildings costs 10 to 15 percent more than building B or lower energy efficiency class houses. However, according to experts, the investment in constructing better energy class buildings pays off within the first 4-8 years, and the value of the house remains unchanged for a much longer
period.
